Manifestation & Purpose

I was left in a really awkward situation. The deal was off, but I didn’t want the land owner to build an unsightly building, on one of my favorite streets. What could I do? I had never built a medium rise building before (and how about the millions needed for this project). All I knew was the importance of the street, and that a beautiful building was needed to keep the street’s spirit. Unexpectedly, I was now handed this task and despite my reservations, I decided to replace my friend as the business partner with the land owner. We signed the agreement and I started to work and in the end created one of the most sought after apartment buildings in Phnom Penh.
